Mr. N. Visvanathan B.Sc, FCA
Mr. N. Visvanathan is one of the founding partners of the firm. He is now the Senior most Partner of our firm. His areas of expertise include taxation, audit and assurance services as well as corporate advisory and allied services. Having more than 32 years of experience in this field, his guidance has been invaluable in the growth of the firm. He heads the Chennai operations of the firm.
Mr. P.S. Devasenapathy B.Com, FCA
Mr. P.S. Devasenapathy is also one of the senior partners of the firm. Having worked in many MNC’s during his earlier years, Mr. Devasenapathy brings in with him his vast corporate knowledge. He has a flair for taxation and heads the taxation department of the firm.
Mr. V. Sriram B.Com, FCA, CISA, DISA (ICAI), CPA (USA), ACCA(UK)
Mr. V. Sriram is currently the youngest partner of the firm. He joined the firm in the year 2005. Ever since his joining, the firm has started diversifying its product ranges.
Mr. V. Sriram is Licenced Certified Public Accountant from the State of Colorado and a member of of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He is also an Information Systems Auditor (CISA as well as DISA).
He is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.
His wide certifications has given the firm the much needed professional expertise to focus on areas such as
