SSAE 18 / SOC Audits (Earlier known as SSAE 16 Audits)

With the growth of off shoring to India, there has been a tremendous increase in the Business Processing Operations done in India. With a majority of the Parent Companies being US based companies; the concept of audit under SSAE 18 (as per AICPA standards) has assumed great importance. 

Further with the introduction of Software as a Service, (SAAS), Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS), Platform as a Service (PAAS), there is a huge requirement to ensure that these service offerings are SOC certified to have a global reach.
